Power Stain & Performance
The 2026 facelift of the Lexus IS 300h features a 2.5L petrol engine (inline-4, naturally aspirated) paired with an electric motor and a battery, making it a hybrid.
The motor is mounted on the rear wheels, resulting in a rear-wheel-drive configuration; its e-CVT transmission delivers smooth and efficient performance, rather than aggressive speed.
The engine produces 181 hp of power, while the motor generates 143 hp; consequently, the hybrid system’s total output stands at 223 hp. The engine alone delivers 221 Nm of torque, the motor provides 79 Nm, and the combined system produces a total of 300 Nm.
Its acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h is 8.7 seconds, a decent figure for smooth driving, and it boasts a top speed of 200 km/h, giving it the capability to easily execute overtakes in both city and highway driving conditions.
Fuel efficiency is 19-20 km/l in city driving and slightly better in highway driving conditions. Overall, for 100 km of mixed city and highway driving, you will consume 5 litres of fuel, which is much better than ICE vehicles.

The length of the 2026 Lexus IS 300h facelift remains identical to that of the existing model; its length, width, height, and wheelbase measure 4,710 mm, 1,840 mm, 1,435 mm, and 2,800 mm, respectively, which ensures stability at high speeds while providing enhanced legroom and headroom for all occupants.
It comes with a five-seater capacity, featuring two rows, accommodating two passengers in the front and three in the rear, and is equipped with five doors, four side doors and one rear tailgate. It offers a boot space of 450 litres, capable of easily accommodating five large pieces of luggage, thereby making long-distance travel highly convenient.

The front bumper now appears even more aggressive, and its sporty stance has been further enhanced by its sculpted bodywork.
Its interior features a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 12.3-inch fully digital instrument cluster; additionally, the dashboard, centre console, and multimedia interface have also been updated. Features include dual-zone climate control, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, ambient lighting, and powered and ventilated seats.
