India’s sedan segment recorded healthy growth in June 2026, with total sales reaching 31,183 units, reflecting a 10.1% year-on-year increase. The Maruti Suzuki Dzire remained the undisputed market leader, selling 17,899 units and capturing over 57% of the segment, far ahead of the Hyundai Aura (5,977 units) and Honda Amaze (2,937 units).
